Abstract

Coronavirüs (COVID-19) salgınının sağlık çalışanları üzerinde önemli bir psikolojik etkisi oldu. Sağlık çalışanlarının en önemli korkularından biri hastalığı kendilerine ve yakınlarına bulaştırma korkusudur. Bu çalışmanın amacı, sağlık çalışanlarının COVİD-19 salgınındaki kaygı düzeyini belirlemek ve kaygı düzeyi ile COVİD-19 bulaşma korkusu arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemektir. Tanımlayıcı kesitsel çalışma 164 sağlık çalışanı ile tamamlandı. Bulgular hemşirelerin kaygı düzeyinin daha yüksek ve anlamlı olduğunu gösterdi (7,6±4,4, p=0,03). Kaygı düzeyi yüksek sağlık çalışanlarının iş hayatlarında cilt sorunlarının arttığı, COVİD-19 hastasının tedavisi sırasında yoğun stres yaşadıkları, mesleği bırakmayı düşündükleri ve esnek (kısa süreli) çalışma talep ettikleri belirlendi. Yönetimden /birim değişikliği. Sağlık çalışanlarının sosyal yaşamlarında iştahsızlık, uykusuzluk gibi şikayetlerin arttığı, eve gitmek istemedikleri, evi ayırma, yakınlarına/tanıdıklarına bulaştırma düşüncelerinden kurtulamadıkları gözlendi.
